Made with fresh jalapeno, habanero, Serrano and sweet bell peppers, Red Hot Lover is sweet, tart and has a spicy “bite”. It is a must for the next time you prepare chicken or beef fajitas (glaze the meat while grilling or do like we do: just heap a tablespoon on the tortilla!), use it as a sauce for Chinese egg rolls, pour it over cream cheese and serve as a spread with crackers, wrap and bake it with brie cheese in phyllo dough or puff pastry.
