This is our newest product. If you like a great blackened seasoning blend, this is the one for you. This one is not your typical rub. We use the finest Sea Salt, Cracked Black Pepper, Onion Flakes, Granulated Garlic, Smoked Paprika, Basil, Fennel, Crushed Red Pepper and more for this blend to put on Beef, Chicken, Fish, Pork or anything else you can imagine. Can be used like a table pepper or rub on about 30 minutes before cooking. Remember, ‘It’s a Dry Heat”! Enjoy!

ARIZONA GREEN JALAPEÑO CHIPOTLE SALSA MIX – Delicious smoked Green Jalapeños, Tomatillo, herbs and spices.
Salsa: Use 2-4 cans of diced tomatoes (14 ounces each), or 4-8 large sized fresh tomatoes diced, and place in blender with Dry Salsa Mix. Pulse blender just enough to mix the salsa and tomatoes together, no longer than 3 seconds total. Refrigerate for 10 minutes, stir and enjoy!
PHOENIX WHITE CHEDDAR JALAPEÑO – Real white cheddar cheese powder mixed with pure jalapeno makes this great tasting cheese powder that is great on popcorn, pasta, pizza, soups, salads or anything you wish. Blend with sour cream to make a great white cheddar jalapeno chip dip. Enjoy!

ARIZONA SMOKED GARLIC CHIPOTLE – We discovered a special garlic powder that is smoked with real, natural hickory smoke and not flavored with artificial flavoring. We combined it with our special chipotle that makes it a great seasoning for veggies, seafood, beef, pork and poultry.
